Trusted to accommodate teams like yours

Where accommodation fights the call sheet

Productions slip when housing doesn’t match the day’s realities. Units end up too far from unit base or locations, vans have nowhere to park, and access rules don’t work for late call times or quiet hours. Wi-Fi won’t handle dailies; house rules surface after check-in; extensions clash with location moves. Meanwhile, production and accounts juggle multiple suppliers, inconsistent paperwork and ticking schedules.

Our job is to remove that friction. We cluster placements near base and key locations, verify parking and access up front, keep things low-profile with NDAs where needed, and make the trade-offs explicit so you can decide quickly. One brief becomes a plan that keeps the schedule intact and the team focused on the day’s work.

How We Place Production Crews

1.

You tell us what matters

Share the unit base and primary locations, dates (pre-light, shoot, wrap), headcount & rooming list (e.g., HODs vs crew), and a working budget per 28 days. Add must-haves: driveway/onsite parking for vans, late/quiet-hour access, low-profile handling/NDAs, workspace needs, pets, or accessibility.

We confirm priorities: closest to base vs best value, single complex vs clustered nearby addresses, and check-in/cleaning timed around call sheets. If you need POs, cost codes or vendor onboarding, we align that up front.

2.

Get options in 24 to 48h

Expect a curated shortlist, not a link dump, with current photos, clear € / 28-day rate bands with inclusions, parking/access notes (height limits, permit requirements, quiet hours), Wi-Fi details, and simple distance cues to base and locations. Where needed we confirm house rules for late arrivals and NDA-friendly handling, and we hold availability while you decide.

If there’s a trade-off, we say it plainly: walkable with a permit vs 10 minutes’ drive with driveway parking; central but compact vs more space slightly out.

3.

Move-in is handled

Keys are arranged around call times, utilities & Wi-Fi are live on arrival, and cleaning is scheduled to avoid shoot windows.

We provide an arrival pack (access, local notes, contacts) and stay as your single point of contact for extensions, swaps, maintenance and paperwork.

You work with one account manager and pay one invoice every 28 days.

Simple billing, zero surprises

We invoice on a 28‑day rolling cycle. Each invoice clearly lists the unit(s), date range, rate band, and included services (utilities, Wi‑Fi, cleaning cadence). Parking appears as a separate line if applicable.

Irish company & VAT details are on every invoice; payments via bank transfer (SEPA). Standard terms are 14 days, but tell us if your vendor policy differs and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

Need a longer stay? We’ll confirm availability and pro‑rate as required. Need to swap a unit or add another? Your account manager handles it and updates the paperwork.

Support that shows up

Your contacts are shared during onboarding. Typical tickets include access issues, appliance faults, extra keys, and cleaning reschedules. We review and keep you and your teams informed.
